• By accessing the Drovia website or the app.dropia application, you accept these terms and conditions.

• You agree to use the SequenceSPY website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

• All content, trademarks, and intellectual property of the SequenceSpy website are owned or licensed by Tconseils (RCS la roche sur Yon - France since 2019 - 853920205) and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

  4. Application Operation

• Account Creation

Each user must create a personal account with a valid email address.

• Types of Users

Two roles are available:

Admin: full access, user management

User: full access, except account settings.

• Access and Security

Secure authentication (Google or email + password).

Each action is recorded.

Your access is limited to what is authorized by your organization.

• Suspension and Deletion

Prolonged inactivity or failure to comply with the terms of use may result in account suspension.

The deletion of a user does not erase associated common files but erases personal data (they remain within the organization, except for manual deletion).

• GDPR Compliance

Your personal data is handled with care, never sold.

You can request access, modification, or deletion of your data at any time.

5. Privacy Policy

• Your use of the SequenceSpy website is also governed by our privacy policy.

6. Third-Party Links

• Any content submitted by users (comments, reviews, etc.) must not violate the rights of others, including copyright, trademarks, and privacy rights.
